Network Neutrality is usually defined as the principle that internet service providers (ISPs) should treat all online content equally without blocking or slowing down specific websites on purpose or allowing companies to pay for preferential treatment.

Lee, my understanding of Net Neutrality...an Obama-era FCC rule that prohibited internet providers from slowing down access to specific websites, or allowing companies to pay for preferential treatment.
As of today's vote by the FCC, not only customers (you/me) can be hurt by higher internet fees, but start-ups could suffer as customers (you/me) could now be re-directed to other sites the "big boys" (Comcast, AT&T, etc.) now can give preferential treatment to.
