Thank you! It is not like Hahn did not get other pieces in that trade either that would make it a decent trade on that alone. If The Sox can get his swing right and get him to play up to his potential, then it turns into a great trade!

Ex-Yankee Dustin Fowler sues White Sox over season-ending injury.

Nothing will make up for the heartache Dustin Fowler suffered when he was denied his first at-bat as a Yankee, but now he’s seeking money to help pay for the physical toll.

Fowler, who ruptured his patellar tendon when crashing into the wall to make a catch in foul territory at Chicago’s Guaranteed Rate Field on June 29, is suing the White Sox and the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

The outfielder, since traded to the Athletics in the Sonny Gray deal, filed the lawsuit Friday, claiming negligence “in not securing the unpadded electrical box he collided with.”

Wouldn't his medical expenses be covered by MLB or team provided health insurance?

A's won't be happy to learn that Fowler has suffered “severe and permanent” injuries

The suit goes on to allege Fowler suffered “severe and permanent” injuries and that he had to spend “large amounts of money” for medical care related to the incident.
