They could file an SEC Form NT 10-Q. Depends on if they need added time. That would push it into February 2018. Eventually, the truth on SOUPQ will be known...eventually.

There will be no financials filed as clearly spelled out in the companies last and final filing with the sec.

So after January 19th when no report or extension is filed the otc will do their job and the stock will be suspended never to trade agian . End of story.
