After the countless PR's and conference calls, there is little argument imo. The company clearly convinced ME they would never fail to report revenue being booked. Again, this is not a shell company absent of revenue. This company continues to spend public money to market through PR's even recently. One big problem, they are not reporting revenue being generated through these marketing related PR's. That's a problem when the company is making enough money to move and staff.
Honestly, I think this is necessary. The SEC should start assisting shareholders when revenue generating companies fail to report revenue ESPECIALLY when the companies tout their responsibility to shareholders through PR. Is the stock "undervalued" now? There is a paper trail related.
