Yup.And I am calling SEC next week to report DA.Finra took all the info from me about the company.And Elizabeth did tell me that finra works along side the SEC.And that i should file a complain with them too.
If you go back on the CC from DA he was misleading investors and touting that the stock was grossly undervalued in the .007 area.I remember this like it was yesterday.That alone can have an SEC investigation.If he was selling stock then while touting misleading info to sharesholders.he is toast.i will tell this to SEC next week.That is all they will need to start an investigation.
