So we've suspended the buyback, in order to uplist, but we are unable to get the share price to $3.00, without the strength of the buyback.

I'm sorry, but the decision to uplist has simply been rushed. The company is wasting a perfect time to buyback shares, with excessive cash on the BS and a low share price. This is just poor corporate governance by VirTra
