Ive been in construction all my life. I can say if they build from ground up will take close to 2 years. More than likely will remodel an older plant. Should be easy to find. 6 mo. To 1 year on remodel. Ive done jobs in a lot of them

From ground breaking to actual production I would think at least 8 months probably more than 12?
