I almost blow up my brain in working on these questions, but no clear answer:

1. What are the residue assets of former WMI & WMIIC that belong to WMILT?
A. All assets recorded in the consolidated financial report of the debtors at bankruptcy filing on 9-26-2008 ?
B. All assets to be returned by FDIC-R. ?
C. All assets from SPEs (Trusts) ?
D. Assets A+B ?
E. Assets A+B+C ?

2. All documents pointed to that assets in receivership and bk cannot be reverted to former debtors nor reorganized debtor (WMIH Corp) but WMILT only. How some promoted that assets will be given to WMIH Corp (DE WMI)?

Please help!!!
