Only know that Fri Night acquired them and that it was they that owned 8% of Bellissima with the option to buy 7% more. I don’t know when the option expires (perhaps it already did). It would be likely that Fri Night thoroughly researched 0034 BC before the acquisition, so I believe their ownership of the 8% is accurate.
What is interesting is that Rich promised the remaining 49% ownership go to ICNB (nothing about cost to shareholders, if any). How could he do that without Fri Night going along (something not indicated in the June 2017 fins)? Was he just pumping back then or did he have a deal brewing that has obviously fizzled out.
What is also interesting is that Fri Night has not exercised their option to purchase the other 7% and it appears clear from their 4 comments on valuation of the portion they do own of Bellissima (not ICNB), that they consider it worthless ($nil) as they put it.
The fins Rich has produced for past 4 qtrs say otherwise, so is he scamming or is Friday Night just uninformed?
