The typical time frame of a quiet period during an aquisition - or time when financials are submitted of the private and public entity - and they are engaged in a period of time which can sometimes take 8-10 weeks. Especially since we are aware that they are also auditing $UHLN fins too This has only been 7 weeks frankly. So I do expect to hear from them in next week or so.
If this is indeed an aquisition - then the financials of the existing entity will exist post merger. That is what they will take advantage of the NOL's they can carry over from the existing public entity when dealing with the revenue driving aspects of the acquisition.
