OTC trading is the only place where, If a merger doesn't take place in 30 days from the announcement, " I'm going to take my ball and go home, cause you guys are just a bunch of liars ". lol

The only thing that I will say about when it gets done is, I'm kinda think they will try to get it done in time for the NOL's to be of benefit to the other party for their 2017 filings. Especially since it looks like the Corp. Rate is going down significantly starting 2018. I'm not knowledgeable enough in Corp. tax law to say for sure, but they may want to use as much of that as they can/need for this year.
