You as a shareholder had an implied contract with the trustee to turn of interest payment to shareholders in form of a dividend. Yes indeed, the trust itself had a contract with Lehman to make interest payments on the debenture that the trust held.



Yes, the CTs are not part of the OBS. But, they are part of the BK process. They are shown in the bankruptcy Plan of liquidation. You as a shareholder are not part of the BK. The estate owes the trust, and the trust now has a class 10b claim. You own shares in the trust.
