Cts never had a contract with LBHI
their contact was with the Trustee

CTS are not in obs they are trading
They really are not in 10b
they are independent of the bk process

Insight if an individual bought a 10b note
he would not be "cancell" He would be a creditor.

10 b notes to date have not been cancelled

interesting times ahead
