It must be hard to start, but once going collaboration easier.

But imagine dumping billions into R&D and have the government TELL you to share?

They've done it before to telecom industry, but I do think current shareholders of companies entering the ACTC will get a fair shake. Especially with the current regime in charge of the USA.
