Your analogy does not work. Coach Pitino was presumably not calling out one of people he was involved with on social media.

It would have been pretty dumb for Mr. Feuerstein to call out NWBO and invoke the SEC if Mr. Feuerstein was manipulating NWBO stock. What Mr. Feuerstein did is go way beyond merely saying that he is behaving ethically, which is what everyone claims to do, especially when they are not.
