#149258 RE: JRIII #149254

How would you know this for certain? Do you know if they changed their endpoint or time line for completion? Is it still about 233 OS.? You haven't answered that. That seems like an easy peasy question for someone who knows everything they need to know. Do you know if they even went to data lock? How do you know, if that is the case?

Nothing is final at this point, and they do not have anything to announce – yet. -- JRIII

As far as the SEC is concerned, your definition of timely would seem to differ from mine. I believe timely refers to having final confirmed results in hand. Releasing information at that point would be "timely", and anything in advance of that point would be "premature". -- JRIII

What about timely to share if the completion target number has changed more than a small amount, or the trial timeline has changed, or even the endpoint? You know for a fact they have not filed a BLA. Someone on the board seemed to think this is now in the hands of regulators.

Do you know if "disclosure of interim blinded data means unblinding of earlier interim analysis, or does it mean sharing of data that is still blinded? Do you know?

I would have to agree with the accuracy of this statement.
