Here's what is happening:

6-15-2017 Series A issued consisting of one share(control block) to previous CEO(keas.)

6-16-2017 Mr. Serruaya and Mr. Shields came on board. Keas' moves to Sec/Treasurer(refer to 8-k period ending 7-14 and/or nevada sos).

6-20-17 iStorm New Media receives small contribution from the Canadian Government($38k) for a research and development project.

So there is one very simple given here. A numbered Company(i.e. 1033718-8 Canada)is one that has no brand identity(as of yet) and is typically used for transactional means. When you open up a new Company..be it Subsidiary...and locate it at another existing Company's address.......something is going on. Something is definitely being worked on...and we may see something of a merger. At the very least..a new Company with a product designed by Mr Shields et al Istorm(Kahn/Moore/Staalduinen). Bank should be sooner than later....
