OK. Let's explore this point.

In December 2015, LP released the PR that stated, "The Special Committee anticipates that the investigation will get under way in the coming week and will likely take at least 90 days".

The context of this PR was that Phase 5 had released its report and Neil Woodford had written an open letter questioning the governance of NWBO and requesting a formal investigation. The stock had taken a major hit. In response, among other steps, NWBO announces an investigation that will start in a week and will "likely take at least 90 days".

Now you are technically correct that "at least 90 days" means > than 90 days. SO, technically, 2 years later or even 100 years later would still be accurate. But here's a few questions: Given the context of this PR, (1) do you think the general expectation of this investigation was to be completed in close to 90 days or 730+ days. (2) Do you think LP had any intentions of completing this investigation in 90- 180 days (if not, why did she say "at least 90 days")?
