ash, thinking about opening a position in MICT. I've started to do my DD and so far, the only concern I have is an S-3 registration to issue stocks and/or warrants for $30M total. So far I've seen only a bit over 1M shares issued for around $1M in proceeds. The sale price for both issuances was under $1.

My question is have you thought about how further issuances of stock may affect the future price of MICT? And with that in mind do you think an entry price of around $1 is reasonable? From the chart for MICT, I see that it traded as low as $.65 back in October. Would further dilution cause this steep of a drop at this point?

-TIA for your thoughts.
