Very interesting. I will vote in favor thank you. Of course there is a presupposition on your part that there will be further dilution of a significant amount. I am expecting financing in a non-dilutinve manner to come. Besides, if a sizable pre-purchase from the Nigerian government were to materialize then financing wouldn't even be needed IMO. If that scenario played out the A/S increase will be needed for any potential forward splits.
There are not enough a/s to supply demand. How do you sell to the private and public sectors if you have nothing to sell? As stronger longs take over this stock, which is exactly what has been happening as seen by the HIGHER base forming at .03, less shares will available to buyers creating an a/s deficite.
More shares ARE needed and by far preferrred over a r/s. If a r/s (notice i didnt say an r/s) occures, MMs will really have there way. We will be getting raped.
