Wouldn't you rather have a buyout/hostile take over than the share increase? Some player comes in and take over xechem, push forward with production..without any dilution. Pandey will always have 20% of the company no matter how much shares he flushed out...it doesn't matter to him. But for the shareholders it does make a difference.
I'm betting on the drug to materialize, as far as Pandey I only trust him as far as I can throw him. By the way, I can't throw him.
