I would suggest, however, that it's highly unlikely that they are going to issue an 8-K or a Press Release stating that they aren't going to tell us what they aren't going to tell us.

Thank you, SS. Why is it so hard for some to understand this? The company will not be compelled to issue statements when they have nothing to say. Nor will they be compelled to answer questions because it suits some shareholder's urgent timeline to get rich. That's not how it works, and as someone who spent a career in corporate communications and investor relations, I can assure you that one of the fastest ways a company can get into big trouble is by making public statements when they have nothing to say. If you are a careful and discerning reader and you go back and review Linda's recent statements, you will see that she has told you all you need to know.

Senti, of course it is true that they did the seven disclosures you cite, but the problem is that almost all of the info relates to disclosures they had to make by law or be in big trouble and for the most part were not related to the central and most important issue - what is happening with the trial - but with side issues such as financings and court cases. The disclosure that did relate to the trial unfortunately was ambiguous, not very informative and worst of all raised more new questions than it answered while not really answering any of the old and vexing questions we all have about the trial. So it is very disingenuous to suggest that they have been informative by virtue of the recent disclosures you cite. I am just tired of this never ending cat and mouse game. They hold all the cards and can deal themselves an ace at will while we play blind (pun intended)!
