#117207 RE: BeachBum #117206

I SAID BEFORE THAT I WAS GOING TO CALL FINRA.AND I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH ELIZABETH THAT WORKS THERE.WE WERE ON THE PHONE FOR 20 MINUTES.
I GAVE HER THE INFO ABOUT BRAVADA,AND THAT THE CEO DOES NOT CARE FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS.SHE SAID FINRA DOES WORK WITH THE SEC TOGETHER.SHE TOOK THE INFO AND MY INFO.AND SHE SAID TO ALSO CALL THE SEC.
AND FILE A COMPLAIN.I LEARN SOME COOL STUFF WHILE TALKING TO HER.
SHE SAID IF THE SEC STARTS A FORMAL INVESTIGATION THEN THEY WILL FIND OUT STUFF FROM PAST TO PRESENT.SO BB YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS MEANS RIGHT??
IT MEANS THAT IF DANNY MISLEAD THE INVESTORS IN PREVIOUS PRs,THE SEC CAN SUSPEND TRADING.IT DOES NOT MATTER IF BRAV DOES NOT REPORT.THEY CAN STILL SUSPEND THE STOCK FOR INVESTIGATION.NEXT CALL SEC.

“I called FINRA’s Securities Helpline for Seniors as a last resort before hiring a lawyer for help disputing an issue I had with an IRA rollover transaction. The Helpline’s dedicated staff, who treated me with the utmost care and respect, worked with the firm which ultimately reimbursed me for a wrongfully assessed tax obligation that I had to pay.
