ONCE AGAIN...IS SETH SHAW A TAUG EMPLOYEE OR HIRED "CONSULTANT"?

If Seth Shaw is a paid "consultant", which it appears he is, does he also pay himself a fee, over and above his TAUG compensation, for each financing deal he consummates? If this were to be the case, it would clearly be a "conflict of interest" for the TAUG investors!
