Reiko again and I am SURE you get it 100%, how could they move forward to ACQUIRE(safe harbor assets) that were in FACT TIED UP IN COURT in the DB case until just 2 months ago???????????

STAY MEANS in lay terms PUT ON HOLD, DOES NOT MOVE, STOPs until further directed by the court to do so

Please splain me HOWYADODAT, and JUST EXACTLY HOW they could have moved forward
