You can cry someone is loading all you want, but the bigger truth that exists here, is that someone who has a mega amount of shares is dumping (50 million to be exact) and that should scare you. When a large holder dumps his entire lot, that's NOT A GOOD SIGN!

Saying that its going into stronger hands? If someone owned 50 million shares and kept them? That's a great sign! Weber, Hall and DiPrima holding shares? great sign! But we have neither of those here.

You need whales to come in a move a stock exponentially, right?
