Time will tell, but there certainly has been an increase in bid support and buying whether you want to admit to it or not. And once the 50M is cleared this will run and it will be done soon.
Since the shares were off restriction there has been about 100M in volume, I would assume that a high percentage of the selling was done by this one seller so we should be done soon and the run will start.
Again, the same thing happened over the summer and hit .0035 then ran to .024 there is no reason why it can't run again.
