Well it hit 8 already today so not sure you are looking at the right ticker, what I see is a lot of loading going on, wasn't that long ago that we were being told there was zero interest, now we keep seeing large amounts of loading.
And no, there is no dilution as the O/S remains unchanged, how is there dilution if the O/S doesn't change and my owenership % in the stock remains the same
