The big fish are circling under the boat.

Re AMRE and BZCN. A historical perspective.

RBSY began trading in early January 2005 at .50 and rose a penny or two each and every day for about 5 weeks. Then, in week 6, enormous volume came in and it topped out at about 2.40. During that same time period, AMRE slid from .05 to .02. Here's where the story takes a twist. AMRE, always a diluting, S-8 issuing stock, had bumped against its' 1 billion AS in late 2004 and consequently they R/S'd on December 17th, well ahead of the launch of RBSY. The OS decreased from 925 million to 38 million. With RBSY's success and AMRE's low OS, I was really stumped when AMRE didn't move. In fact, here's an early post of mine. http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=5057604

NAUC began trading early May 2005 at 1.00. Like RBSY, it rose by a few cents each and every day for about 3 weeks until enormous volume came in and it topped out at about 4.60. Here's where it gets interesting. AMRE had flatlined at about .01 between the time RBSY started trading and NAUC started rolling. By the second week in May, NAUC had doubled to 2.00 on low, steady volume. AMRE was still falling and had gone sub-penny. The alarms started going off in my head and that's when I posted this: http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=6385148

Note the date. It was a day or two before AMRE's stellar climb from .0096 to .21, a 2000% increase in a couple of days.

What's different now? The AMRE OS is back to an almost bloated 350 million. However, it now has revenue. All from NAUC. NAUC, since it IPO'd and subsequently fell, rose, and fell again, doubled its' first quarter revenue in the second quarter, from $108K for the 1st Q to $205K (rounded) in the 2nd Q ($313K for 6 months). And NAUC now has a new subsidiary, BZCN, which is adding to its' revenue with each eBay sale. http://stores.ebay.com/BizAuctions-Inc_W0QQcolZ2QQdirZQ2d1QQfsubZ0QQftidZ2QQtZkm

AMRE has another subsidiary, too, that's idle so far. http://www.voipcomusa.com/ with a waiting ticker symbol http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/company_profile.jsp?symbol=VCMU. I was surprised they didn't roll BZCN into that one. Oh, and RBSY's still out there waiting for a press release or two.

A play within a play within a play. Gotta love them.
