in post 5416 the poster states that tom has issued about 20 million new restricted shares so are these the same ones that are being sold by arglius right now?? and are these the ones hes speaking of that were issued to pay a co lawyer and toms brother?? still confused sorry,, any input would be greatly welcomed thanks

what do you mean they are not diluting the float?

Doesn't a share that goes from restricted to non-restricted and then is sold on the open market increase the float?? They have to be accounted for somewhere, right?

And, as JP said, all the confusion is coming from post 5406.
