Michelex IS NOT DILUTING the float, Restricted shares from 2004 that this company right here is selling http://www.argilus.com/ , Just because these guys are selling their shares they have been holding does not mean that Michelex broke it's promise. Michelex has no control over what other people with shares do with them, if they choose to sell this cheap, then thats their problem, hey everyone is tired of waiting, myself included, but I'm not throwing in the towel on this company when we are in the last stretch of the long awaited journey back to the OTCBB, and back to Revenue coming in, and a merger in the works. Nothing ever happens as fast as we would like.
