I don’t know and that is my point! No one knows besides Songbird and our Company... so stop the guessing!! We don’t know if they lost the million or if they were able to get it or some of it back! We won’t know until we hear word from the company’s themselves! So to state the contract shows they lost it is just not correct until we get more info! Nothing is fact yet... my whole point!
