Lol, the money was wired to Bird, contract (black & white) states non-refundable.

But BLTA couldn’t handle the truth, either, so the Bird’s owner called a Code Red and terminated the deal.

Both the Bird and Anthony are happy with the payday.

We will know what happened to the $1 million as soon as the financials get filed, assuming they are audited financials. However, We have no idea when that will happen. It may never happen.
