Definitely some truth in what you say. I work for a Fortune 150 company and things slow down in December. In essence, Roger has two weeks to fan the flames in 2017. The week between Christmas and New Years is not a productive time in the market.
Q2 ends at the end of the month. The numbers should be great.
In reality no one here knows the timing of audit or uplist. It could happen next week or next month. No one knows what the exact stock price will be either. If the stock isn't considerably higher this time next year, then I'll rethink my plan. But, I think it will be and as a result I am still a buyer.
The only thing we do know is their business is growing and an incremental revenue stream opened this past week.
