Many have asked that question, Gotham Bay Group, "why?" You expressed that question perfectly.

Of the 1,586 stock registrations that were revoked only 3 companies over the last 8 years successfully re-registered with a FORM 10. So, it is definitely possible to re-register after revocation.

Shouldn't Linda Perry have respectfully accepted revocation given the A.L.J.'s 100% record for revoking delinquent SEC Registered stocks and then spend her time and resources preparing a FORM 10 to re-register instead of wasting her time and resources fighting a losing battle against revocation?

That is the question, WHY?
