The 8K LOI and signed exhibit documents - support this transaction to be "the real deal". Anyone can read the legal verbiage in the contracts and LOI< including the resolution of GRAS debt, control shares to Rhee/NGEN - this transaction is definitely going to happen. I put it at 95% done deal.
