that's not the only reason this crashed. Dilution is also helping. Yes the PR also had a big impact. 90% of all sub penny stocks are stock selling scams not just the MJ/Crypto ones. However even scams have runs when the short MM's are forced to cover if/when retail buying pressure occurs which is why we see big runs when they do occur.
