Jack- well said. Any offering with warrants allows the buyer to sell short with little risk. As the warrants protect them against great losses. Any company that needs to sell shares with warrants really does not have people banging down the doors wanting to buy.

You are wrong that nobody has a profit here. The buyers of the last financing have a profit because when you factor in the warrants their cost was .65 per share. They are shorting the stock here using the warrants has a hedge and they want to cover their short position with out needing to use their warrants.



You have a faulty calculator. The warrants are not free.
