You are wrong that nobody has a profit here. The buyers of the last financing have a profit because when you factor in the warrants their cost was .65 per share. They are shorting the stock here using the warrants has a hedge and they want to cover their short position with out needing to use their warrants.



You have a faulty calculator. The warrants are not free.
