Even if the numbers on that forecast were correct, and $200 to $300 billion are lost from the surplus, that is only .3 out of 2.7 trillion (excluding reserves) that we are going to be overcharged in the next 10 years. As the majority of the tax cuts will not even kick in for 7 more years, I don't think we'll ever see most of that refund anyway. This is not even money that the government needs (as if most of it were really needed), but money that they are going to take just because they can do it.

I hope that he does. The bill that was passed will enrich lawyers much more than it aids any patients.
