There wasn't any hemp. AZFL floats bogus "excuses" about tests, bad weather etc to deflect from the actual scam.

Notice the 3rd party promoters that also help distract from the scam, using social media to hype it with various versions of "soon".

There's speculation that their hemp didn't pass tests with the state, blah blah blah.

This raises some good questions... like, if the HEMP did not pass, why?

Was there too much THC? If so, could it be used for something else?

What are the rules? With this being such a new process all around... not just for this company, is there flexibility and help out there for farmers trying to make go of this?

If something did go wrong, I don't think they did it on purpose... still part of the learning curve.. but I would appreciate an honest and informative update regardless.

Oh dear, (anxiously wringing hands) who to believe, a tweet by an anonymous tweeter, or someone whose name and identity is known, address is known and is legally liable for the information they give out.

Early results indicate that this year's first crop planted with a genetic known as Marquis M1, will render successful economic results and allow for the company to plant again in these fields starting next May 2018 while expanding in size to plant in other fields that have become available to the company for lease next year.

Interesting. Where is the "speculation" coming from? Source please.

Thanks.

If a test is above 0.3% but less than 1% THC, a registrant shall not be subject to
revocation or suspension of their registration if the crop is destroyed or utilized
in a manner approved of by the Commissioner. This waiver only protects against
civil penalty. CDA has no authority over material above 0.3% and technically becomes
an illegal marijuana grow with potential for criminal penalties.
~ CDA does not mandate destruction.
~ CDA wants you to be aware of potential for criminal penalties if not destroyed.
~ CDA wants to assist you in documenting disposition/destruction if elected.
~ Seed from plants testing high cannot be sold.
~ No consumption of plants testing high even for personal use.
~ Plants should not enter stream of commerce.
~ Plants should not leave the site.
