Legit question here. There's speculation that their hemp didn't pass tests with the state, blah blah blah. If that was even so, why would everyone consider the hemp useless? It's still hemp. There's a billion uses for it. Obviously they wouldn't be able to do the CBD oil if tests didn't pass for it. BUT...I don't see anywhere in the Colorado laws that the crop must be destroyed. That makes no sense. Thoughts?
