I did bought 100 contact Dec.40 CALL when IDCC was 25 at about 50 cents ($5k total). Now sold all calls for nice profit. December time value begin to decay fast now and we may not have new 3G licenses until next year. Without 3G insight $40-50 is too hard to come by. You never know when IDCC could surprise us. Still keep shares. Keep shorted PUT in tact since time decay on is working on my flavor.
