Most certainly we will see class action fishing expeditions if trials are not announced before the end of the year or right at the beginning of 2018.

This Missling will be well aware of and we shall most likely have PR just before the Nobel roadshow kicks off 13th Dec.

The annual report and presumably conference call is also around the corner.

With the MJFF and Retts organization involved in trials would they not be quick to say there is a problem with Anavex. I have no doubt trails will start soon as possible. This has to be done right and that takes time.

Sounds like a waste of time to me. Especially if the hold up is the Federal Govt. not meeting the schedule it set for itself on releasing rules.

He said trials would start by the end of the year...these are foward looking statements that (paraphrasing) are speculative and may not happen exactly as stated...basically.
