Sorry, I've been busy haven't checked private messages. I did sent the probation officers name to you. I've also spoken with him and will connect again. Make sure you tell him he is the CEO of a company with approx 2000 shareholders and is using the product of real data for his own personal gain, and a few of his friends. The money is not going as revenue.
He refuses to answer shareholders emails, phone calls.
There is one person who can and will tell all for the past five years. How he laughs at the shareholders and stated many times in the past year he's going to leave the company private because he hates all shareholders.
All monies will go into his pocket.
This person also believes he will never bring rdi public. Even though it was public when he took money from shareholders, sending them a store bought certificate in exchange for thousands of dollars.
The probation officer will also know he left the state while under probation early this year.

No, I'm afraid to disappoint you but Frank Kautzmann does not have the ability to bring real data inc public. He doesn't know how, doesn't have the knowledge nor ability to bring the company public. He's afraid pure and simple. He's a scared old man that hyperventilated at the thought of performing such a task.
His family whispers how great Frank's brother his and how successful the brother is becoming. While Frank Kautzmann is a chicken, fearful of such a task. He talks and talks about doing things but he does nothing. THAT is his life story. Sad/pathetic old man. And I use the term (man) loosely.
