To make you aware when you take over from Joe, as we have discussed, we need to make one addition to one
schedule, and must get a deal limitation of no more than 20 calendar days at these low numbers to be able to raise
more money to make the next Whitebox payment. I got a commitment this morning at a breakfast from one of our best
Angel Investors for $10 million in the first week of April (he is closing his own big deal that week) to help speed up the
Whitebox payments (this investor already has 4.5 million shares, has invested over $13 million over 7 years and has
never sold a single share, nor will he), but we will have to be free to further help ourselves as well as help this latest
group of investors as well.
Will be off a call in about 10 minutes, and I will call you...........

Keith Goodman (does the docs for Mitch) and Amin (does his own docs) are both in California at a conference,
so they will need more time than normal to review docs. So the sooner we get this done the better. Plus we
need to give Sam "4 hour notice" on final terms. To hear him say "no" officially.
