My whole point is the dilutive nature of this continued toxic funding. Whether or not the stock is sold or not right now is meaningless, because it still dilutes the value of the company. Keen's investment is cash and it will be gobbled up by all the salaries and expenses that bleed this company and it's shareholders dry year after year. They are in debt up to their eye balls and at some point are going to have to pay off that debt with more common shares.

Operations should be funded by revenues, but management can't seem to ever get that right and have to rely on toxic bailouts.

Check out the current Liabilities. The $750k by Keen won't even cover all the debt they owe.
