I've already stated I won't buy until the Maciora share fraud case and Belize share fraud case is wrapped up, along with publishing of financials. Clearly, Maciora's desire to destroy the CEO, company, and thus shareholders has had an impact on me, and I imagine many others.

I disagree with your perspective on the business.

Don't matter if he has any compensation or not. As long as he is hiding the things he will see things declining and in an year or so he will not even have any compensation because the company may go down and all clients will leave it eventually (if anyone is there). His shares become worthless and he will have to live in exile soon. Ed doesn't know anything about business in my opinion and he might be thinking its his empire and whatever he lies on FB will fly. He occasionally drops a note to only help his close circle to dump and get their bills paid.

Sad to say that no one should buy it butci think if anyone is trying to buy this stock is like catching a falling knife. Don't even try until the things are revealed officially.
