I am convinced now is the time to hit the ask....as far as the law suits, I think we will prevail...but I do not think we will recover much...not that it matters...and I am sure in my own mind the financials will be put out..no problem...and we all know revenues are growing dramatically as we speak so this all adds up to me....hit the ask
