"On December 29, 2017, the Company disclosed that the original non-exclusive license agreement for “HerMan” with its licensee Ice + Jam LLC (“Ice + Jam”) was extended for a period of two years and is now valid though the date December 23, 2019."

Someone should try to find someone who cares and tell them that December 29th hasn't happened yet.


And why not file the license agreement?
